Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the Showtime Digital Sports Camp, related events, and activities, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in sports and physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, serious injury, disability, paralysis, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks related to my participation in Showtime Digital’s sports camp.
2. Medical Consent
I certify that I am in good physical condition and able to safely participate in the activities provided by Showtime Digital’s sports camp. If I require medical treatment due to injury or illness, I consent to receiving necessary medical attention and understand that Showtime Digital assumes no responsibility for any medical expenses.
3. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Showtime Digital, its organizers, coaches, staff, affiliates, sponsors, and any related parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for injuries, damages, or losses that may arise from my participation in the sports camp. This includes any injuries caused by negligence on the part of Showtime Digital or its affiliates.
4. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Showtime Digital, its directors, employees, volunteers, and partners from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from my participation in the sports camp.
5. Personal Property
I understand that Showtime Digital is not responsible for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during the camp.
6. Photo/Video Release
I grant Showtime Digital the right to use any photos or videos taken of me during the camp for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and marketing materials, without compensation.
7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your Province/State], and any disputes arising from participation in the camp will be handled in that jurisdiction.
